This training is back due to current societal developments regarding integrity and compliance issues in companies. This two-day training is suitable for participants who have completed the "Non-Verbal Profiling" and "Conversational Skills & Non-Verbal Intelligence" trainings and received a certificate. A combination of the three trainings can also be offered as an 8-day in-company program according to preferences and needs.

This two-day training combines elements from the above-mentioned trainings and some basic elements from Security Risk Management (SRM). We delve into analyzing individual behavior in the workplace during this training. You will learn to examine the context of the individual, their communication style, and predict the risks of this behavior in the workplace. Implementation tools are also provided that focus on improving communication among employees, and attention is given to communication between leadership and their staff. If there is sufficient interest, the training will be open for enrollment starting in the fall of 2024.

Additionally, this training is part of the Non-Verbal Profiler and Investigative Interviewer program based on our developed three-pillar methodology, set to launch in 2025.
