This individual personal impact analysis is back by popular demand. Prior to the analysis, a non-binding intake interview takes place to discuss any questions about personal impact and developmental wishes. During the interview, a decision is made on whether to proceed with the impact analysis, and a follow-up appointment is scheduled. The impact analysis involves a discussion to establish the personal (non-verbal) profile. Subsequently, a coaching session is conducted to further explore the impact and developmental questions. The conversation concludes with tips and advice for developing personal leadership.

After the conversation, the analysis and coaching findings are reported and sent in draft form. Finally, an evaluation conversation takes place regarding the report, and the process can be concluded, or a decision can be made to proceed with a follow-up process.
