Learn to observe what is not said and what it reveals about personality, interaction needs, interests, and motives.
Did you know that as humans, we only began consciously using non-verbal communication about 100,000 years ago? Prior to that, there was only unconscious non-verbal communication. It was only 70,000 years ago that verbal language was added.
Most people focus primarily on the verbal part of communication, and that's logical. We have evolved to quickly convey information about our interaction needs, the content of the message, and our feelings and emotions. However, this emphasis on the verbal aspect means we miss a crucial part—what is not said.
This training specifically addresses this aspect. Participants gain knowledge about persistent myths and current scientific insights into non-verbal behavior. Various methods are taught, and participants are trained in scientifically grounded INSA methods. This enables them to think in scenarios about possible meanings behind certain movements, providing more insight into personality, interaction needs, and potential interests and motives of individuals. Yes... even when the truth is not spoken.
